Exercise And Fitness – Reflection From September 15, 2026
Today’s date: September 15, 2026 Date of workout: September 15, 2026 I had another great workout at the fitness gym today. I was able to squat 475 pounds 50 reps on the barbell smith machine. This would be equivalent to 5 x 45 pound weight plates on each side of a 25 pound smith machine barbell.
