I had a pretty good workout today. I made some progress on my bench press so I figured I’d make an updated workout video for this exercise. I did 34 reps on 205 pounds on the smith machine in my workout today.

34 Reps On 205 Pounds On The Smith Machine:
The smith machine barbell weighs 25 pounds and there are 2 x 45 pound weight plates on each side of the barbell.
I have bench pressed more reps than this in many of my previous workouts. However, it is a great fitness update to write about. I will probably add more to this blog post later…
