Exercise And Fitness – Reflection From September 7, 2025
I workout on a regular basis. It is nice to update my fitness journey every now and then. I worked out at the gym recently on September 7, 2025. This was about 2 days ago. Here are some pictures and a video of how my workout progress is going.
Squat: 495 pounds * 5 reps (It is probably closer to 475 pounds due to the differences in starting weight because of the smith machine bar.)
It was a pretty good workout. I think this is a great checkpoint for my fitness journey. It is a lot of fun trying to stay fit and healthy. I would also like to tryout for some professional sports teams or the Olympics one day.
I am approximately 190 to 195 pounds currently. I think it would be best to get closer to 180 pounds as a short term personal goal.
In terms of strength and fitness goals, I think it would be great if I could slowly increase my lifts over time. I think that it might be an awesome experience to break world records for the bench press, squat, and deadlift. However, this might not happen. If my lifts ever reach the point of being strong enough to break a record, I might attend a weightlifting competition for fun.
