Exercise And Fitness – Reflection From January 27, 2026
Today’s date: January 28, 2026
I had a pretty good workout yesterday.
I worked out on a smith machine and did the squat exercise. I added 5 x 45 pound plates to each side of the smith machine barbell.
This should total to 475 pounds because the smith machine barbell description mentions that the bar weighs around 25 pounds. I was able to squat 25 reps at this weight. It felt pretty good.
My body weight is still around 190 pounds.
