Exercise And Fitness – Reflection From January 16, 2026

I was able to rep 2×45 pounds on each side of a smith machine barbell (approximately 205 pounds total) for 35 reps while exercising at the gym today. It was a pretty good set of exercise for me to warm up before working out.

I worked up to bench pressing 3×45 pound plates on each side of the smith machine barbell for approximately 10 reps. This is approximately 295 pounds in total on the smith machine barbell. It was a pretty good workout.

In addition, I was able to do the single leg leg press exercise today for 540 pounds on each side for 4 reps. This would be approximately 6×45 pound plates on each side of the leg press at Planet Fitness. It was also a pretty good workout.
