Exercise And Fitness – Reflection From December 13, 2025
I had a pretty good workout 2 days ago so I wanted to write a little bit about it. The workout was on Thursday, December 11, 2025.
I was able to squat 615 pounds around 4 reps in that workout. The smith machine barbell is approximately 25 pounds. I added 6×45 plates and 1×25 plate onto each side of the barbell for the total to come out to 615 pounds.
It felt like a pretty good workout. I’m sure I will improve my range of motion on the squat as well over time.
I will attach images of what the barbell looked like on a smith machine for the regular squat workout.
