Exercise And Fitness – Reflection From October 10, 2025
I had a great workout today.
I was able to work up to a bench press of 3 forty-five-pound plates on each side on a Smith machine(295 pounds) at the gym for a few reps today.
In addition, I worked on incline bench press at the fitness gym by doing a few reps of 3 forty-five-pound plates on each side of the Smith machine barbell(295 pounds).
It was a pretty fun workout.
I think this is another great checkpoint for making progress on my bench press.
